Proposed Local Law Number No. 4 of 2023 A Local Law Amending The Ulster County Charter, (Local Law No. 2 Of 2006), And Amending The Administrative Code For The County of Ulster, (Local Law No. 10 Of 2008), To Establish The Department of Budget

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Legislative Chambers, 6^th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 29^th day of June, 2023, at 5:30 P.M. on the following local law:

Proposed Local Law Number 4 of 2023 A Local Law Amending The Ulster County Charter, (Local Law No. 2 Of 2006), And Amending The Administrative Code For The County of Ulster, (Local Law No. 10 Of 2008), To Establish The Department of Budget

The local law is available for inspection by the public, during regular business hours, in the office of the County Executive, 244 Fair Street, 6^th Floor, County Office Building, Kingston, New York, and can also be viewed on the County’s website at the following web address:  Proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2023

All interested parties shall have an opportunity to be heard on said local law at the time and place aforesaid.
