Kingston, NY –County Executive Mike Hein is pleased to announce Ulster County’s 2017 TOP COP award winners. The awards were issued on April 12, 2018 at a ceremony during the Mid-Hudson Region Enforcement/Prosecution Conference held at Anthony’s Pier 9, New Windsor, New York. The ceremony, sponsored by the Mid-Hudson Region STOP-DWI Coordinators, was held in recognition of those law enforcement officers who have excelled in their region. The Top Cop Awards recognize officers for their diligence in DWI enforcement.
